This renovation project focuses on a complete revamp of the façade of the existing house in Ukay Perdana, with the goal of transforming the home's exterior into a refined, modern, and minimalist design. The design concept is centered on simplicity, clean lines, and a strong sense of geometric order, reflecting contemporary architectural principles while maintaining the warmth and functionality that define the home.

As part of the renovation, the interior spatial layout has been reimagined and rearranged to enhance the functionality and flow of the living spaces. The primary goal was to make more efficient use of the available space, ensuring that each area serves its purpose while promoting an open and seamless transition between rooms. By reconsidering the placement of walls, doors, and key areas such as the living room, dining area, and bedrooms, we’ve created a more cohesive layout that optimizes both movement and the experience of the home.

One of the major advantages of this façade renovation is the opportunity to extend the master bathroom, allowing for the creation of a more luxurious and spacious bathing area. The extension will provide ample space for a dedicated bathtub area, positioned to take full advantage of natural light. A skylight above the bathtub will serve as a focal point, drawing in daylight to create a serene and spa-like atmosphere. The skylight will also offer an unobstructed view of the sky, enhancing the overall sense of openness and connection with nature.

One of the key elements introduced in the interior renovation is the strategic placement of a skylight above the kitchen. The kitchen, traditionally a space that can feel darker due to its often enclosed nature, benefits from an influx of natural light. The skylight is positioned above the cooking and food preparation area, allowing sunlight to pour in from above, brightening the entire kitchen.
